Ken has a diverse range of experience. As a practicing psychologist he worked in a number of roles in adolescent health and the community sector as well as maintaining a private practice. He moved into the organisational field and since then has brought his psychological insight and his developed business skills into a number of Australia’s largest corporate clients in a range of industries.
Ken has a talent for taking the theoretical into experiences from which participants take lasting change. Ken’s depth of experience, practical insights and down to earth facilitation style enable him to bring real results for the individuals and groups he works with. The underpinnings of Kens approach lie in his understanding and practice of ‘mindfulness’ and awareness. He has taught and facilitated the precepts of Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence for over 18 years.

He is accredited in a number of assessment tools including LSI HBDI, MBTI, Hogan, Hays Leadership Styles and has over a thousand hours of coaching experience at all levels of organizations.
Ken currently is engaged with a number of ANZ and international organisations. Ken’s current engagements include Leadership development and coaching with Telstra, BMA Coal/BHP Billiton, Schneider Electric, KPMG, McDonalds, Unilever, Johnson and Johnson, Novartis, Macquarie Group, Gilbert and Tobin, Cisco and Oracle. In his spare time Kens enjoys restoring motorcycles, surfing, learning and his family.
