Scott has a unique background in management consulting, leadership development and sales development. Scott has led engagements that have included:

• Leadership development programs for Executives, Senior Managers and Front Line Managers;
• Organisation wide cultural change programs;
• Client relationship management and sales training;
• Program and project management;
• Assessment centre evaluation; and
• Leadership coaching.

His work has been completed in a diverse range of industries including professional services, financial services and insurance, IT, consumer products and retail and distribution. • Westpac – Strategic planning, skills development in facilitation and consulting skills;
• Oracle – Executive leadership development in emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion and presentation skills across Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand;
• BAT – Designed and delivered integrated simultaneous leadership programs for middle and senior managers. These programs were intertwined with internal and external coaching. Both programs are 8 days long consisiting of four two day modules spanning a 6 month period.

• Cisco – Co-designed and delivered assessment centres for high potential employees across Asia Pacific and designed and delivered leadership training for India and China.

• Schneider Electric – Facilitated the Pacific Zone Conference for the last two years; designed and delivered Sales Coaching training across the Pacific Zone, co-designed and delivered Pacific Zone Strategy, conducted a variety of leadership coaching, designed and delivered the Asia Pacific SELF program delivered in China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

Through these engagements, Scott has developed a deep understanding of the concepts, tools and techniques required to engage participants and to challenge them to exceed their personal best. He also has tremendous depth and experience in designing and delivering sales and communication skills courses that include modules on account management, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, influence and persuasion skills, facilitation skills and consulting skills. He is accredited in the Hogan Inventory, HBDI, LSI, DiSC, MBTI, NLP, Spiral Dynamics and SPIN selling.
