David Seow
David’s passion in training and desire to ensure that participants are enriched and benefitted from his delivery has seen him delivering training programs in Asia with very positive feedbacks. David’s ability to speak and converse fluently in English, Mandarin , simple Malay and the Chinese dialects enables him to be highly adaptive and adept in transferring skills across cultures. David is presently the Director of DE Inspire Pte Ltd. Prior to that, he had worked across organizations and industries.
David has accreditations in Whole Brain Technology (HBDI) from Hermann International, American Management Association (AMA); DiSC from the Institute of Motivational Living and Hogan Assessment Systems. He is trained in Solutions Focus Coaching.
David Foo
David specializes in design-related topics like Innovation and Creative Thinking skills. He is also an engaging speaker on self-improvement topics such as leadership and interpersonal relationships. David is known for his ability to use interesting anecdotes, stories and humor to bring his points across in an easy-to-understand manner.
David was the Managing Director cum Group Creative Director in various advertising agencies, design companies and publishing firms. He holds a Master of Design, and is accredited in Whole Brain Technology, from Herrmann International. He is also a Certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.
S.K. Ng
S.K had served in the Singapore Civil Service and had handled various multi-ministerial tasks such as corporate renewal, media liaison and crisis management. He has presented in international and regional conferences. He had also served as an advisor to major firms in Shanghai, China on strategic thinking, staff training and development, customer service and marketing. He had also spearheaded a multi-annual HR, training and communication plan. His portfolio also includes quality and strategic management.
He graduated with a First Class Honors degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the Nanyang University in 1974. He was a recipient of the Canadian Brock University Scholarship and the Singapore’s Lee Foundation Grant. He is bilingual in both English and Chinese.
Ken Huth
Ken has a diverse range of experience. As a practicing psychologist he worked in a number of roles in adolescent health and the community sector as well as maintaining a private practice. He moved into the organisational field and since then has brought his psychological insight and his developed business skills into a number of Australia’s largest corporate clients in a range of industries.
Ken has a talent for taking the theoretical into experiences from which participants take lasting change. Ken’s depth of experience, practical insights and down to earth facilitation style enable him to bring real results for the individuals and groups he works with. The underpinnings of Kens approach lie in his understanding and practice of ‘mindfulness’ and awareness. He has taught and facilitated the precepts of Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence for over 18 years
Scott Zedack
His work has been completed in a diverse range of industries including professional services, financial services and insurance, IT, consumer products and retail and distribution. Scott is able to bring insight from a diverse career, where he has worked for many of Australia and the Asia Pacific’s largest clients
Through these engagements, Scott has developed a deep understanding of the concepts, tools and techniques required to engage participants and to challenge them to exceed their personal best. He also has tremendous depth and experience in designing and delivering sales and communication skills courses that include modules on account management, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, influence and persuasion skills, facilitation skills and consulting skills. He is accredited in the Hogan Inventory, HBDI, LSI, DiSC, MBTI, NLP, Spiral Dynamics and SPIN selling.
Chen Pin Hsuan
Pin Hsuan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, a graduate of International Coach Academy (ICA). She also pursued Coaching for Transformational Presence program with Center for Transformational Presence.
Since 2006, Pin Hsuan focused on human development. She works as an independent consultant with Landis Institute for Service Excellence and then the Business Development Director with Whole Brain Leadership (Shanghai) Consulting, Ltd. Before the career shift, she has more than 16 years experiences in banking industry managing services, sales, operations, and quality. She started her career with Citibank, then Bank of America, and last with Taishin Bank. In corporate careers, she also worked as corporate training manager to design and facilitate training programs, certified by Forum Corp. and AchieveGlobal.
Lu Min
Min Lu has about 20 years experience in sales, sales management, human resource management, business consulting and management training fields. Min has been certified as the trainers of Many management training & development programs by several well-known HR consulting firms such as Interaction Management, Performance Management and Targeted Selection Administrator of DDI, Situational Leadership II of Ken Blanchard, HBDI of Hermann International Asia, Seven Habits of Franklin Covey etc.
Previously, Min had worked as Senior Sales Manager, Sales Training & Development Manager, Human Resource Manager, and Sales Force Effectiveness Director with companies including Tianjin Smithklain & Beecham, Eli Lilly and AstraZeneca.
